Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to make a reservation to be picked up at the airport?
No. Our airport locations are fully staffed. Our shuttles depart for hotels approximately every 10-15 minutes. Our location in the main terminal 1 is located outside of baggage claim door 12 and our location in the international terminal 2 is located inside the baggage claim by carousel 3.
Do I need to purchase an airport shuttle ride (voucher) in advance?
This is not necessary, as cash is accepted at our airport locations. However, vouchers may be pre-purchased on our website via credit card. This will allow you to board your vehicle immediately upon arrival and avoid the cashier line prior to boarding.
Is shuttle service a shared-ride?
Yes. The vehicle makes stops at multiple hotels in our condensed Las Vegas resort corridor, making it an economical, yet premium service experience.
How do I book my return trip from the hotel to the airport?
You may do so in advance by calling our reservation center at (702) 895-9976, option 2, to secure a return pickup time and appropriate hotel shuttle entrance. It is recommended that you book your return upon check-in to your hotel and keep your return voucher in a safe place to return to your driver upon pickup.
Are tour vehicles restroom equipped and air-conditioned?
Motorcoach vehicles are equipped with restrooms and have climate control features. Mini buses have climate control features.
Are children allowed on tours?
The minimum age required for tour participation is five years. Participants in the Night on the Town Tour must be at least thirteen years of age and accompanied by an adult. Participants in the Laughlin Tour must be at least 21 years of age.
What about wheelchair accessibility?
We can accommodate wheelchairs on our tours, however a special bus equipped with a wheelchair lift must be requested in advance if the passenger needs to remain in the wheelchair while aboard the vehicle. If the wheelchair is collapsible and the passenger can board the vehicle without the chair, a lift bus is not required. The chair will be stowed in the baggage compartment. If a motorized wheelchair is being used, a lift bus must be requested, even if the passenger is able to board the bus on his or her own, as motorized chairs are too heavy to manually load onto the bus.
Do tour reservations need to be made in advance?
It is recommended that you make your reservations as far in advance as possible. However, next and same day reservations are taken when seats are available.
What is the cancellation policy once a tour is booked?
Cancellations require 48 hours notice in order to receive a credit. If less than 48 hours notice is provided or no-show, the full fare will apply.
Is driver gratuity included in the pricing of the tours?
Driver gratuity is not included, but customary for good service.
Are customized tours and charters offered?
Showtime offers charters and we have the ability to customize or privatize any of our tours to accommodate groups. Our charter department can be reached at (702) 933-3381.

The safety of our passengers is our number one priority and our primary CORE VALUE. Security at the Hoover Dam is strictly enforced. Luggage and large bags are prohibited. This applies to all motor coaches crossing the dam. Ladies handbags, camcorder cases and cameras are allowed, but are subject to search.

The National Park Service offers an additional interior tour which can be purchased separately at the Hoover Dam ($3/subject to change). Your time at Hoover Dam is your own. You will be there for two hours. There are snack and souvenir shops.
Is there time to stop for dinner during the Night on the Town Tour?
